  DESCRIPTION:

We are a private school teaching English as a Second Language for academic purposes, professional development, qualification for college entrance, international business training, and basic survival and cultural skills. We also offer English Plus* Activities for groups.

 LOCATION:

Salt Lake City is a small, safe city with many cultural, sport, and recreational opportunities set in the middle of the Rocky Mountains with eight well-known local ski resorts.

 APPLICATION INFORMATION:

Students need to send the signed application form with $75 application fee and proof of financial support prior to arrival. At least two weeks should be allowed for homestay placement. Transfer students must submit a transfer report and be in-status.

 EDUCATIONAL SERVICES/OPPORTUNITIES:

A TOEFL preparation class with institutional test is available each term. We also administer the Michigan Test every Friday. Students with a high enough TOEFL or Michigan test score may take classes on a part-time basis at Westminster College.

 STUDENT SERVICES:

Academic and cultural counseling are provided to each student. Homestays are arranged prior to the student's arrival. We have schoolwide activities every Friday afternoon such as sports events, historical sites, skiing, museums, amusement parks, etc. We also arrange student trips to nearby National Parks, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles.

 TRANSPORTATION:

All students are picked up at the airport by their host family. Most students use Salt Lake City's bus system. Some buy cars for their stay here.

DESCRIPTION:

We arrange for teen groups of English + Ski, English + National Parks, English + Dinosaurs and programs for individuals of Super Summer and Winter and Christmas in America
