 LOCATION:

Snow College is located in Ephraim, one of the more rural and most beautiful parts of Utah, about an hour from the metropolitan centers of the state.

 APPLICATION INFORMATION:

Students must send a completed application, a $60 application fee in the form of a cashier's check or international money order, and the financial statement portion of the application form together with evidence of financial support while at Snow College. A complete transcript of all academic records, certified and translated into English, if necessary, is also required.

 EDUCATIONAL SERVICES/OPPORTUNITIES:

Academic advisors are available on a daily basis. College credit is available for some ESL classes taken, and advanced ESL students may be permitted to take regular college courses while still in the ESL program. A tutoring program is available for international students experiencing difficulties in their regular college classes.

 STUDENT SERVICES:

The activities program includes shopping trips, sightseeing excursions to several of Utah's 5 national parks; and skiing, river rafting, hiking, and camping in season. There is a full-time international student advisor available on a daily basis. Training is available for students to become tutors of their native language, earning college credit for their involvement.

 TRANSPORTATION:

Snow College is 120 miles from Salt Lake City International Airport. Most students choose to be met at the airport and delivered to their Snow College living unit. Others are met at a bus stop at a nearby town. All transportation arrangements should be made before leaving home.
