LOCATION:
Harcum College is located in the beautiful, safe, suburban, college town of Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, on
the famous "Main Line". Philadelphia is within 12 miles of the campus and can be easily reached by public
transportation. The local area boasts many colleges/universities and opportunities for cultural
events.
APPLICATION INFORMATION:
Completed application and financial documentation required for the I-20 form. Application
fee is $60.00
EDUCATIONAL SERVICES/OPPORTUNITIES:
Advanced level students are encouraged to enroll in part-time college courses. Conditional
admission to the college is available. students enrolled in the English Language Academy are
eligible to participate in all programs of the college, including career, personal and
transfer counseling.
STUDENT SERVICES:
Conversation Partner's program is on-going with Harcum students and students from local
universities. Students are welcome to participate in all college activities, sport teams,
and cultural programs. English langauage Academy students enjoy educational field trips to
museums, Washington D.C., New York City, historic Philadelphia and American cultural sites.
TRANSPORTATION:
Local train station is adjacent to the campus. Train into Philadelphia takes 20 minutes
and train to Philadelphia International Airport takes 30 minutes. Other public transportation is
within one block of the campus.
OTHER PROGRAMS
DESCRIPTION:
Institutional TOEFL offered at the end of each semester, students may enroll in college courses for
credit or non-credit college courses.
